Media analysis, sentiment, and reporting with AI
Application that uses NLP and generative AI to classify content, identify themes and sentiments, and produce executive summaries from large volumes of information.

The challenge
Communication teams need to continuously monitor content from different sources, identify relevant mentions, understand context and sentiment, and transform the material into executive reports. Manual reading and classification hinder scale and increase the time needed to reach relevant conclusions.
The solution developed
CISP1 developed an application that receives authorized media content, classifies themes, entities, and sentiment, and groups related information. Based on this, generative models produce summaries and syntheses that help transform a large volume of content into an executive view.
The architecture maintains the link between the synthesis and the source material, allowing the user to deepen the analysis and verify the context used.
How the application works
- Ingests news, texts, transcripts, or other defined sources.
- Classifies themes, entities, context, and sentiment.
- Groups related content and identifies patterns.
- Generates executive summaries and syntheses.
- Presents reports and allows consultation of analyzed content.
Value for the operation
- Reduces manual reading and classification effort.
- Creates a consolidated view of themes and perception.
- Accelerates the preparation of executive reports.
- Maintains traceability between syntheses and source content.
