The challenge

The commercial process concentrated a large volume of digital interactions with potential customers. Answering questions, identifying intent, collecting information, and leading each contact to the next stage depended on manual intervention, which limited scale, response speed, and service standardization.

The solution developed

CISP1 developed an AI agent integrated with WhatsApp to conduct commercial conversations in natural language. The application interprets the context of each interaction, identifies user intent, responds based on authorized information, and asks qualification questions according to the stage of the conversation.

This agent was trained with the conversation history of the best salespeople and commercial documents from this client.
