The challenge

Operations with mobile assets generate a large volume of location, trip, telemetry, and behavior data. When this information is analyzed in a fragmented way, it becomes difficult to identify usage patterns, operational exceptions, risks, and efficiency opportunities.

The solution developed

CISP1 developed an application to collect, organize, and analyze telemetry data related to vehicle utilization. The solution captures telemetry information for each trip made via the driver's cell phone, evaluates driving behavior, deviation from planned routes, and other operational signals, and applies analytical models to highlight patterns and situations requiring attention.

The result is a more consolidated view of the operation, combining geographic tracking, utilization indicators, and intelligence on asset behavior.
