The challenge

Defining rates in hospitality operations depends on multiple variables, such as historical behavior, occupancy, seasonality, and demand dynamics. When analysis is manual, it becomes difficult to react quickly to changes in context and apply consistent criteria across different periods and categories.

The solution developed

CISP1 developed a decision intelligence application to consolidate relevant data and generate price recommendations as support for the revenue management process. The solution analyzes historical patterns and operational signals, structures scenarios, and presents contextualized recommendations for the responsible team's evaluation.

The design preserves the business decision with the user, using AI to accelerate the analysis of more than 30 indicators (internal and external), organize evidence, and increase the consistency of the pricing process.
