Lead qualification, digital human, and RFP summarization

The challenge

A B2B commercial operation needed to handle different types of information-intensive work. At the funnel entry, there was a need to conduct interactions and collect qualification data. In more advanced stages, technical and commercial teams needed to read extensive RFP documents and quickly locate requirements, themes, and critical points.

The solution developed

CISP1 developed AI modules connected to the same commercial process. An agent with a digital human interface conducts initial interactions and collects information necessary for qualification. In parallel, a Document AI capability processes RFPs, identifies relevant requirements, and organizes the content into summaries for internal analysis. The combination reduces manual tasks at two distinct points of the journey and creates a layer of structured information for commercial and technical teams to act with more context.
