1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Opportunities Portal: company name, tax ID (CNPJ), contact name, email, phone and the answers you type or dictate. Voice audio is not stored — only the resulting text.

Internal visit measurement: pages viewed, traffic source, language, device type, browser, operating system and approximate location (country, region or city provided by the network). No cookies are used for this and you are not personally identified.

Google Analytics: only if you accept the Statistics category in the cookie notice.

3. How we use it

To respond to your contact and assess business opportunities; to understand site usage and improve content; to keep the site secure and working.

4. Legal bases

Pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest for the Opportunities Portal and internal measurement; consent for statistics cookies.

5. Sharing

Data is processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, database and email delivery) and, if you consent, by Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and then delete it.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@cisp1.io. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's ANPD.
